Can it  be hurried up guys?
Have now sent TWO  requests  for my betting history as it says on the front page at www.betvip.com so that I can prove they are holding back my bitcoin wrongly........of course, it goes without saying,  I have had no reply.
I don't expect they'll even consider moving their useless arses for at least 3 or 4 weeks on this so can you guys get onto them and get my bitcoin into my cloudbet account for me please?

Just saw the betvip news. I haven't ever played on betvip before, but what games did it offer ? And will Cloudbet be offering the same games ?

Betvip is a sportsbetting site as well and also a poker site. They closed down and cloudbet acquire betvip player base. So they are offering the same thing but not clear about the poker site . Betvip is one of the worst sportsbetting around here so betvip player will be please with this news .

So this move doesn't really mean they have all the player base. Just means the accounts of people on betvip are also active at Cloudbet, and neither does it mean they will definitely play on there.

This news atleast is a good news for the betvip players because we have seen alot of gambling sites went down and take all players fund with them. Also I am not sure if the word acquire means cloudbet buy betvip or that they have it for some reason or anything. I dont see why people will not be playing in cloudbet if they play in betvip that has a bad grade at Peeps place rating

Regarding this, I dont see anything about their poker platform? Does this only applied for their sportsbook or it will be both ? They closed down their poker platform as well since they have this issue btw. I send a message to support already regarding this but I have not got reply yet. Some clarification is good for this

BetVIPpoker.com accounts are separate to BetVIP accounts. BetVIPpoker accounts will be paid out directly by BetVIPpoker. They inform us that most customers have already been paid - have you not been paid? If so, please contact info@betvip.com.

i think so too, cloubet acquired betvip, betvip had a few players gamble there, so should be not a huge money to buy that, must be less than 1000 btc.

Anyone know how long its supposed to take to process a withdrawal?  Been several hours since i put in the request.  Sent two emails...of course, the excellent customer service that Cloudbet has responded immediately...NOT!!!  Have yet to hear anything from anyone.  What a joke.

They have give my withdrawal already. Sorry about that, just asking about the poker platform because I think that cloudbet will take over poker platform as well since they have the same owner. We launched a few new things yesterday so switched to manual withdrawals for a few hours while we tested. We have now resumed automated withdrawals. Also, all pending withdrawals have been processed.

Thanks for answerign. Today the missing live bets seems to appear, thanks!
Just two small details if possible to add any day:
1. on Bet history > pending , there aren't a way to see the expected amount if bet wins.
2. On single event view, there are several 'not available' options and it is necessary to browse a lot to find the available ones. Maybe moving the available options to the top...

Yet I havent made any previous bets on this market. This happens all the time.
