Just two small details if possible to add any day:
1. on Bet history > pending , there aren't a way to see the expected amount if bet wins.
2. On single event view, there are several 'not available' options and it is necessary to browse a lot to find the available ones. Maybe moving the available options to the top...

Yet I havent made any previous bets on this market. This happens all the time.

Are you talking about the live BJ or the one offered by their gaming system ? If its the gaming system one, then you should know its best to stay away from that on any site. And if you felt it was not fair then you should have stopped earlier instead of continuing playing there. In the end it could just have been bad luck.

I doubt their odds are the highest for pre-game matches though. I've seen odds lower by 10-15% then on other sportsbook sites before I bet on a match.

We often have the highest odds for pre-match and live sports betting.

We have never - never, ever - modified a customers bet.

what sports did you see? i just compared andy vs roger federer, CB has 1.95 for both players, so does the bwin have, bet365 has 1.9 for both sides, jetwin and betcoin have 1.9 on both players too. Pinnacle has 1.97 for both site, but it is normal cos Pinnacle always has highest odds. At least this match-Wimbledon semi-final, I see CB has highest odds among all of btc sportsbooks.

Have now sent TWO  requests  for my betting history as it says on the front page at www.betvip.com so that I can prove they are holding back my bitcoin wrongly........of course, it goes without saying,  I have had no reply.
