cloudbet!!!!!  I just placed a 7 mBTC bet on red in your live roulette!  It said after the roulette wheel starting spinning and the bet was locked in that the bet was NOT PLACED and I had WON!  It said it had to credit the bet back to my account with no explanation.

I believe I deserve this 7 mBTC that I should have won.  I don't know why in the hell it would be cancelled while the damn ball was spinning and I alread ylcked in my bet.  That is utter BS!!!!!!!!!!  espeically when my total btc worth is .03!!!  Please Cloudbet, do me right and award me my winning wager.

If the system did not accept your bet in time, then the initial bet would be refunded (whether it would have won or lost). This most commonly occurs when there is lag between our video server and your computer.

1)  I have had nothing but love for Cloudbet except this recent withdraw issue

2)  I feel at this stage it would be proper for Cloudbet to say something like "We use Blockchain.info and they are down that is why deposit-withdraw issues are happening" if that is the case, as their outages on transactions appear to coincide w/blockchain.info's outage (lots of ppl depending on blockchain, which is because they are a great service, but that seems dangerous) and they said this yesterday:

I think "3rd party" being blockchain.info would make me personally feel a bit more secure.  My personal cashout is relatively small, but I love this site for the multiple-live action bitcoin pit games, I have been showing them off to my friends when they come over.  The entire Cloudbet system is really cool and I've been having a lot of fun firing Curling bets & NCAA.  Hope you guys develop your own internal on-the-chain hot-cold wallet system for this, I always think that's best to be in maximum control of the coins.  Even so I'll continue playing when the transactions are restored, clearly have smart gambling lovers on the other end of this project!  #MadLove

As Micon suggested, we are presently using blockchain.info for some components of our transaction workflow. As they were down for a period of time, there were delays in processing of withdrawals, deposits, and confirming of deposits.

Blockchain.info was briefly functional again a few hours ago, at which time we were able to process a large number of deposits and the bulk of withdrawals. Unfortunately they have gone offline again, but we expect their services - and therefore our deposit, withdraw, and confirmation services - to resume shortly.

We have been building our own in-house services to replace blockchain.info, which means we will no longer be reliant on any third party for any components of our bitcoin workflow, but we hadn't yet deployed these at the time of the outage. We will be deploying these in coming weeks.
