So here is my review of Cloudbet.com;
Spent a few hours looking and gambling on the site. Deposited $55 started playing Live Casino. Everything is running smooth to begin with. You get the occasional black screen but F5 solves this - I know this from countless hours on Live Dealer casinos.
More worrying is that once I started winning - my balance was static at an amount. Balance should be updated after each hand is dealt. Eventually I lost a bet and the balance was still paused - I closed the live casino window and balance was the same. I opened a new table and started gambling again - this time with a bad streak - balance was updated immediately. This sucks and knowing bookmakers/casinos I know there is always a weak link somewhere - and you as a customer cant do anything about it.
I tried contacting support but basically he couldn't see anything was wrong: "Occasionally the balance does get slightly out of sync". I will however say I got a quick answer at a late hour.
In short, tread lightly on this one - having a winning session might be only in theory. I tried the sportsbook for a bit, and I wasn't impressed either. There are a lot better alternatives out there don't settle for something cause they have a wide array of games.
