Because the current changed betslip is not relevant for this case. It is all about the betslip right after I placed the bet, not after my bet got deleted by cloudbet. So no, I don't give this permission. + it's my privacy and I would love to solve this juridical.
Sure, I can understand that. Pretty nasty situation. Betslips don't matter. Like someone said above, its easy to change it by the casino, and in that case the player becomes helpless. Leen had a server issue, which I am guessing was from the casino hosting site. |

If leen93 will allow us to display their bet history it will quickly become apparent why doing so is relevant to this case. When a player fills out a betslip and hits 'submit' one of four things can happen: 1) The betslip will be submitted, it will be accepted our system, and a message will appear in the top right corner of the screen confirming that the bet has been accepted. The bet will appear both in our records and in the player dashboard. 2) The bet will be submitted, but our backend system will reject the bet, in which case a message will appear (such as "The odds have changed..."). In this instance the bet will appear in our records, but will not show up on the player dashboard. 3) The bet will not be submitted due to the stake exceeding the maximum allowed on the selected event. In this instance the following message will appear in the top right corner of the screen:  The betslip will then be updated with the maximum allowable bet. In this instance the bet will not appear in our records, nor will it show up on the player dashboard. 4) The bet will not be submitted due to the stake exceeding the player's available account balance. In this instance the following modal will appear in the centre of the screen:  In this instance the bet will not appear in our records, nor will it show up on the player dashboard. Coudbet wouldn't scam any player. I forget to confirm or play the wrong side of games at books all the time. When you place a lot of bets it happens. The player should just allow his account history to be posted.

Well i would stay away from this site, was playing blackjack and literally stole 225 chips from my account that i did not bet, I told support and they told me that i would receive and email within 24 hours about the issue and no one ever got back to me its been 3 days, This happened about 3 other times. The system is way to glitchy not worth playing. They could care less about if you lost money, Really Disappointing..

For what its worth, I've placed a HUGE number of bets at cloudbet, mostly sports bets, and haven't had any problems, other than an occasionally buggy interface (FIX THE DAMN ODDS HAVE CHANGED issue so I can place large parlay bets). I don't for a second believe they scammed anyone, at worst the buggy interface never updated that the bets weren't taken, but more than likely leen93 placed a bet that was either too high, or where the odds changed during the bet. For a second it looks like the money is taken out of your account, but then it pops back the bet was refused for whatever reason. He probably missed it and assumed everything was ok. A bad interface on cloudbets part, no doubt, but not a scam.
I personally am up about 500% over what I deposited, so if they were looking to scam somebody, I'm pretty sure they would be doing it to me. I've taken money out and put money in with no issues, other than a slight delay once.

Never Said the sports betting wasn't legit, but i know for a fact the blackjack games are very glitchy and you will lose money from your balance out of know where, usually it double charges you, and it happened to me multiple times, i have had recent cash outs that worked but it stole about .8 worth of bitcoins from me from money missing from balance, and my issues were never resolved and never got an email from anyone.

Why would you even continue betting after it happened already one time? I'd first clear it up before betting there again. The actual problem is actually on the side of the casino that hosts it. Cloudbet, simple rents their services. I have seen a lot of other platforms renting it. |

The interface looks fantastic and it seems much faster than before.
One complaint I have is that you don't have as many over/under or point spread options, just one now? That's unfortunate, before you used to have a whole gamut of options.
