I think your list is enough and very valuable for newbie like me and I can say you're technical trader. There's also method to decide when to buy and we call it fundamental, meaning depend news ( rumors ). For this one, you should search many news about altcoin and create calculation if the news comes up what will happen into crypto market. This is good method for opportunist trader create income, do that and good luck to you.

You are right, I take it as one of wise thinking and should be the thought of a trader being a keen observer, that is really much important. Im gonna add something, well its impressive i think you've done it by your own ways in recognizing a market. In addition, check always the bitcoins price movements and watch what happens to the altcoins and market. To buy is to find the exact timing depends on your personal preference because in my ways. I do buy at dip when i saw the red market and if all was high i am with news or oin a good chart just buying in a small dip and sell when it pumps.
