it all depends on our own because the Token we have must have a market exchange value, then we can make sure that not all exchanges can be done with token list, because now there is some collaboration done by the project developer, therefore the exchange is so many exchanges in the world today, diantrny Bittrex, binance and yobit which became one of the exchanges that already have a better reputation level.

Tokens can always be trade on different decentralized exchanges even without getting listed officially. All you need is just the contract address. The likes of Etherdelta, Forkdelta etc are exchanges where you may trade your tokens

You can sell your token but you have check your token price on https://coinmarketcap.com/, check your token symbol and looking your token website is right or not, after checking you can open site on market. looking your token listed on which one market, after that you have see volume of your token is big or not before you sell. Some token from airdrop or bounty campaign have listed on https://coinmarketcap.com/ but you can check manual on etherdelta or idex market.

not all new tokens can directly list on coinmarketcap, before they reach the trading volume set by the coinmarketcap on their respective exchangers. therefore you can ask the telegram group of the bounty and see the update of the development of tokens you have

It depends on what trading site they offer to sell the tokens to hold. If they are only tradable on decentralized exchanges like forkdelta, idex, or etherdelta then I won't sell it since most of its tokens are bargained ( low in price ). I'm waiting for the best exchanges like binance, kucoin, okex, or any exchange that has a high rate on crypto community will do. Better hold it rather than make it dumped.

coinmarketcap is the best source I use whenever I want to trade my tokens and there in market section you can easily see the volume and circulation of coins, if they are not listed in coinmarketcap than you should check the coins official telegram group or any other social media group and ask them.

Simple! Go to a particular exchange, where your particular token is trading and tranfer it to the exchange wallet to sell in exchange of BTC or ETH. THen you will be able to withdraw ETH/BTC to your wallet. And maybe sell it for your local ccurrency.

Tokens that has already been listed in exchanges are mostly posted in Coinmarketcap. But there are also a lot of coins that are on exchanges but wasnt applied to coinmarketcap so what I do it visit the telegram and twitter account of the coin to see their announcements about where they are listed.

Well you should have join telegram channel of the coins you are holding. You can research the coin name in the google and try to figure out how you can join on their telegram channel or any social media and look for any exchange for that tokens. You can also directly search for the token exchange of your coins. And after that if you had already the exchange try to watch youtube on how to trade tokens to fiat currency or real money. Usually tokens are being traded to eth and eth to fiat money if not trade eth to bitcoin and then bitcoin to fiat money.

You can sell your tokens when they get listed on official exchanges . You can use Etherdelta,Forkdelta,I heard that some people use IDEX, but the trading volume is quite low there

what token do you have? see if your token is already in coinmarketcap or not, then see the token is already listed in the exchange or not and sell in exchange that you like there

first of all go to the announcement topics and check where you can sell them. there is always a link there. and also there are sometimes people there selling and buying coins and tokens in each announcement topic underprice if there is no exchanges available.

In my case I have a coin and it still not in the coinmarketcap and I want to sell it even in low price is there any existing site that there is a trade to buy or sell this token?

Idex and Bilaxy are very good exchanges. They add new coins before any other major exchanges and it is really cool.
