Before selling any coin or token, it should be listed on a exchange for selling or buying. After listing on a particular exchange you need to create a account on that and should be verified if necessary (some exchanges are not allowed trading without verification). Then you can move your coins to that exchange and sell them.

Dont make a bad move, i mean in this present day, there are a lot of way of scam, so sell it in coinmarketcap, it safe.

If you get your token from bounty or airdrop reward you should find the information where the market you can sell them. You must read on their ANN thread or you can check it up on coinmarketcap website to see if the token has already on the market.
