I once talked to the support and I thought he had been a bot. I was like "Are you a bot?". He said "No". He is just doing his job in a good way. But the thing that I was worried about is that he really sounded like a robot. And to answer your question, yes I am satisfied, even though many people are complaining about not getting answers from him. Sometimes, the support team cannot handle all the messages at once. That is why people should be patient.

A great gambling crypto site must really have a great support team to accompanied the volume of complaints and questions from their users. Its normal to feel scared when the support team doesn't answer your concern within a day but yeah we have to be more patient.

That's pretty funny, but that's the first time I've heard that anyone actually voicechatted with support.
The robot voice was probably due to latency issues, I don't think casino's have robots conducting voice chat for support :p

Maybe some day in the future perhaps, but not now.

you can never measure these things with asking a question like this and the bigger problem is that what people answer (like X is good and Y is bad support) is not reliable. I am not saying they are lying but I am saying they don't give enough information so that you can say whether the support is really good or not.

let me give an example with a popular bad exchange with bad everything.
I have been trading on Yobit, only deposited bitcoin and after trades I have withdrawn bitcoin. I have also contacted support and I have always received my answer in a very short time. even in 5 minutes. in my perspective Yobit is a good exchange. but is it really?
what I trade was bitcoin, their problem is everywhere else. what I asked from support was simple questions like "when will the airdrop be" and never had a major issue to get stuck not getting answer for months!

same thing is happening with any casino support or services out there.

Well bro, I definitely don’t have any experience in this gambling thing. But I have seen so many people getting ruined in their lives just because they became addict of it. This game will harm you and make you addict and then your mind is just under controlled of your wishes and dreams and the damaging time starts. So believe me better is to take your away from this and don’t let this thing come near you.

I had to deal with support from 2 different gambling sites, and both times i was happy about their support. First time i couldn't place my bet, and second time i couldn't see my deposit, but turns out i deposited less than minimum. They still added my funds to my gambling wallet though.

I have had many experiences with casino supports, sometimes asking a question or needing help with a transaction and i think the quality of the support depends on the popularity of the site, some have a large support team others might have a couple of people, some will answer you instantly others might take a while, but in the end they all answer, overall i don't think that they are in any way different from the support from regular casinos.

You have not had any experience with them but you concluded that they are all giving shit. Would that not be an hypocritical statement considering you are even wearing the signature of a gambling site? Most times that blame is always given to the support sites, the fault is from the users not following instructions and not reading the terms in addition to everybody complaining about the same thing (withdrawal issues with variances) and that is why their response always seems generic.

FortuneJack is one response that is fast that I experienced though which was even my own fault at the time. Another that I have involved with are bits sports betting and response was equally not too delayed. On the average, aside from those who are clearly out to scam, they will surely respond.

You totally contradicts yourself. How can you say that online casino support is shit if you haven't had any experience with any one of them? And as far as what you have read, you must be referring to withdrawals, of course casinos need to verify everything before paying the customers specially if it involves big amount.

Fortunejack is one of the best their live support will get back to you if you have any issues regarding your deposit or withdrawal. Of course I got the reply saying that they can't process the transaction and I have to wait. But eventually I got my funds exactly the day given to me by their support.

I agree and having a good support is a essential for a business because they handle every customers needs and without them business won't operate smoothly especially when money is the most concern. I encounter before some rude support in a not so well-known online casinos and they got it to my nerves thinking a small issue can't resolve. So in the end I spam their chat support and their superior handle my issue. WTH.

You make a good point here, I guess it's all about competition. There are many  online casinos that are crowding the market now and I think its competition that is making them all work well. And those who have intentions of making things right are those who want to stay in the gambling market for a very long time. For those who want to make quick, they dig in immediately only to dig out again. For the good once, they have effective support because of competition.

What you think where support is the best

Well probably for more established and pioneer crypto casinos like nitrogen, betcoin and fotunejack, their support team is decent at the least. Every casino's support has flaws and once in a while there will be unhappy customers but it's part of this industry.

The good ones will always stand out in the flock. There are casinos that hold a huge reputation and literally nothing can strike them down and there are casinos that are not so and are scraping for customers using every other method possible. I wont name any but such examples are everyone in the forum itself.

Competition is good and it makes people aware of the amount of pressure the owners of one casino can handle over others. The one which listens to the customers while still maintaining diplomacy is the one that rules.
