I wonder what people has to say about support in crypto related casinos? Do you have any experience, are you satisfied? What you think where support is the best, and where is the worst?

You mean customer support? I have a couple of crypto gambling sites who are good in terms of handling concerns.

Nitrogensports
OneHash
Cloudbet (although last support contact was made November last year).

Average waiting time in my case is just less than a day (maybe because only a minor case). The only thing is, my concerns here are all about sports betting questions and not on their casino section itself so I think this will be counted too.

The support is shit for most casinos i haven't had any experience but from what i have seen they are just giving a same message whenever it's related to payment no matter what you need to open a scam accusation against them in order to resolve the issue so support is completely useless according to me

I do not think anything about them, I just contact support if I have a problem on their website and do not question about crypto to them, even though that website uses crypto to gamble.

FortuneJack's been extremely quick in answering any questions I've had about their casino and any issues as well. I typically receive a response within an hour or two in most cases, and they've also got a sizeable community presence. English is good on their support, nothing bad on the grammar side and support keeps things short and concise.

Crypto-Games has also been good with support in my experience, though I have not touched them since about a year ago. Things most likely haven't changed much from then, though.

Same here, which i dont really mind on questioning them about those unnecessary stuffs since we do know on what is their purpose on such gambling/casino site which is to cater and support players with do have issues.Based on my experienced there are casinos online which do have responsive supports but i would day high percentage of them do really have mediocre responses.

I personally just play in one single crypto casino, crypto-grames of course, so I can't really compare it to others.
Crypto-Games support is very helpful for the handful of times I've actually contacted them. Never have to wait more than a couple of hours to get a response.

Also, the support given in chat is often sufficient to get your problem fixed and there's always a mod online.

I've been playing there for almost 3 years now.

Which casinos are you pointing out on? It depends on the problem of the user because not all support can instantly fix any problem.
Support also needed things which will guide them to review and resolved our concern, if they can do it from their part then it can be resolved right away, but if there's a need of reviewing it from their superior they also needed to rely it from them, as long as the support are responding then we are still good
to go and the problem that we raised will be reviewed accordingly.

It depend on the casino site you are playing on, most casinos are the worst of their kind in the aspect of support unit. Their  major intention and interest is the the money and nothing more. They tend to ignore their users complaint; I don't want to go deep by mentioning names. I have had postive results from sites like Nitrogen and few others but my favorite is Bustadice. There support unit is what I can personally say is quick and quite helpful.

It depends on what your issue is and which casino are you speaking in particular, I have found most of my replies on time (my issues were small so I guess that was a reason), but generally some casinos get bombarded and they're slow it's normal I don't think it's a big issue. Could you specify what happened but?

I once talked to the support and I thought he had been a bot. I was like "Are you a bot?". He said "No". He is just doing his job in a good way. But the thing that I was worried about is that he really sounded like a robot. And to answer your question, yes I am satisfied, even though many people are complaining about not getting answers from him. Sometimes, the support team cannot handle all the messages at once. That is why people should be patient.

I've overall had a better than average experience with crypto casino support, especially @ Sportsbet.io where they have live chat.
Other books, like Nitrogen, aren't always as friendly and willing to cooperate.

I'm having the same thoughts too on where when I do chat into their support and someone answers I do believe its a bot due to their fast responses and the way they do talk. I have different experiences on each gambling site but somehow I'm satisfied on what they do give out when it comes to support when theres a problem.Some are very friendly and accommodating and some are just plain.

Bitsler has casino as far as i remember they are just a dice site i might be wrong though as yolodice has also been expanding so there might be a chance that they now support it if not a dice site doesn't really need a live chat it's already a really good site and well established

I have had mixed experiences in this regard. Most of the casinos had good support but I once had a very bad experience where I was not able to reach the casino for an issue related to my deposit. It consumed a lot of time and I made  a promise to myself to check support with a mail before registering on any new crypto casino.

Well, right now I had not need to use the support to often. In fact, the last time I used the customer support from a casino, was with directbet, that as we all know have close their business a long time ago. The experience was great though, and I never had problems with them. I also used betcoin.tm support a long time ago, even before directbet, and it took a while to solve my problem, but everything went out well, so right now I have no complains on casino's customer support.

Not only sportsbet to have fast support response but also in Fortunejack and Bitlser they do respond quick and you can address to them on whats you problem in site that you have experience, there are lots of casinos which do have good supports yet this should be main focused because most of us will always prefer or do like it incase on experiencing troubles. Directbet was also good back in the past and the same as the guy above that i havent also experience any problems with them but now they do closed their doors.
