maybe some of them give a slow response. and that's what we get upset about when we meet some of the support. and all I feel is a sportsbet that gives a quick response to our every complaint.
Not only sportsbet to have fast support response but also in Fortunejack and Bitlser they do respond quick and you can address to them on whats you problem in site that you have experience, there are lots of casinos which do have good supports yet this should be main focused because most of us will always prefer or do like it incase on experiencing troubles. Directbet was also good back in the past and the same as the guy above that i havent also experience any problems with them but now they do closed their doors.
certain. maybe that's the reason the sites mentioned have a high popularity. in addition they pay quickly. we also provide the best service to all their members. I have never had any complaints against the four sites we have mentioned. highly recommended to gamble there

I wonder what people has to say about support in crypto related casinos? Do you have any experience, are you satisfied? What you think where support is the best, and where is the worst?

You know, casino's support is usually very fast because it is in their interest to be fast and to handle any kind of problem as soon as possible  Wink
Also, it is good if casino has live support to solve problems faster, sometimes waiting for email can be painful.

If I remember correctly, they had some kind of problem with bonus system last year but as far as I know all problems have been resolved and all players have been payed.

The support is shit for most casinos i haven't had any experience but from what i have seen they are just giving a same message whenever it's related to payment no matter what you need to open a scam accusation against them in order to resolve the issue so support is completely useless according to me

You totally contradicts yourself. How can you say that online casino support is shit if you haven't had any experience with any one of them? And as far as what you have read, you must be referring to withdrawals, of course casinos need to verify everything before paying the customers specially if it involves big amount.

Fortunejack is one of the best their live support will get back to you if you have any issues regarding your deposit or withdrawal. Of course I got the reply saying that they can't process the transaction and I have to wait. But eventually I got my funds exactly the day given to me by their support.

Yeah you are right I will also never support cypto casinos because I my eyes gambling is bad thing as all the people think it is, so if it is in paper money, crypto or anything else is not supported. All your bitcoin or any other Altcoin will be taken away by casino and you will never understand their tricks. It is better to avoid gambling if it is online or regular.

I think that there's still room for improvement, although the support is usually at average level. Online casinos are part of the new group of businesses that emerged in the era of social media and online advertising so they have to take care of their customers because they are the ones who leave feedback online.
Compare it to normal companies that were paying for billboards and radio and tv commercials. What would happen if every user was able to voice opinion in the same media, like go on TV and say their support sucks and be heard by everyone. The Internet gives you this ability.

I am not playing casinos that much and when I had played I didn't met any issues so I never had any experience with the support team.But I think most of the gambling sites have good support team and I think in FJ it is easy to catch up the support team because they are having discord channel as well so it might helpful to get instant replies.And most of the reputed sites will have good support team too that is why they are popular.

one way to see that the site support is good or not ,, that we can see from their response when we send an email ,, if the email we send them quickly reply .. it signifies that the site has a quick response to any complaints that come in

Most of these casinos are doing a good job when it comes to customer support. Some are active not only on their sites but also here on the forum. Some good examples are Stunna from PD and Ethan from yolodice. I've seen them handle things efficiently. I also had some dealings with the support of some big services that started to accept cryptocurrencies like Jetsin and they were also very fast with their responses. I think the competition in the business is making them care about their customers.
Support is a must especially for high risk gamblers, and they are aware now how easily users accused scams whenever they dont do actions or response in every users query, they need to adjust and to make acions as much as possible to ease the doubt of players and once that casino took it into priority on making their support easy to contact with. They will sure get loyal users and supporters.

I agree and having a good support is a essential for a business because they handle every customers needs and without them business won't operate smoothly especially when money is the most concern. I encounter before some rude support in a not so well-known online casinos and they got it to my nerves thinking a small issue can't resolve. So in the end I spam their chat support and their superior handle my issue. WTH.
I think gambling is not good and support casinos as well. When something is bad how can one support that? Some people will against my statement but it is fact and no one will be able to make money to support these gambling casinos even in this forum. I will never support crypto casinos because I don’t want to lose my money in these casinos. I have never heard that someone had made a lot of money in these casinos. One should not lose his hard earn money so easily no matter he is addicted or he just gamble for fun. This is their business and they will never let you win the bet in their casinos.

Well probably for more established and pioneer crypto casinos like nitrogen, betcoin and fotunejack, their support team is decent at the least. Every casino's support has flaws and once in a while there will be unhappy customers but it's part of this industry.
They do have some flaws in some ways but as long as I don't get irritated and never experience such bad things through their support, I won't complain. I'm not looking for the bad sides and is only appreciating the efforts that they are doing with my queries. And for those who are unhappy with their concerns that was never supported or if they are supported, they aren't satisfied. We can't do something for them unless the support tried to help them in best way that they can.

Satisfied with the support of nitrogensports and I have no reason to say why others are not satisfied with them.

The most important support for me is about the community support and the customer related service. Because that would be the one who you will most interact with the new when you’re just playing games and chatting in the gambling site. Agree with this because to get response from a support team takes little bit longer due to not enough persons to handle the issues,so the sites need to arrange more staffs for specific works then it will help the players to get amazing experience.

I think Nitrogensports support is good and directbet too (closed sportsbook). I have many problems before on nitrogensports and the support really help me to solve the problem. What i hate is their response is a bit long to answer our ticket and this is same on all casinos i think.

I hope the data and network could not be traced when transferring, and the line must be secured and without contact with any virus. It's better to be safe than sorry. My recent withdraw from fortunejack got struck but their support came to help me in marvelous way. In my view, they handled the situation professionally like they were well aware of the situation and made me calm down at first step. The solution also offered to me well before their promised time duration. I wanted to give that customer support representative a five star rating but unfortunately they do not have any provision for that. I am in plan to request such a feature so that those representatives will come forward to offer their best to us and also if the owners decide to reflect those rating into their annual appraisal, that would make everyone win regarding support handling.
