11/21 update: Sorry, false alarm. 95 shares have been sold. R18A is essentially sold out.

R18B is now open. Party on, Wayne!

[11/19 update: We seem to have quickly sold or had orders placed for over 230 of our 250 total shares that are available!

There appear to be 15 or more shares available in R18. If there is additional demand: we will open a *second* Bitmine Rig GB for R18, to be called R18B.
[/b]

======================================================================================================

To reserve shares automatically and for easiest spreadsheet export,
please visit the new DZ Miners Cooperative website.

=====================================================================================================

This is for the 20% off Bitmine Rig Winter Sale. This nominal 1 TH/s rig normally sells for $8909 before shipping and UPS unit.
This unit should overclock to 1.4-1.5 TH/s with proper cooling.

1 GB share = $70 = 10-15GH/s + world's lowest professional miner hosting fees with business insurance from a vetted miner host + 5 remote/local admins + extra A/C, Server UPS units with Battery Banks, 2 Gas Generators, and dual network connections.

100 shares are available but oversales of up to 250 total GB shares are available for up to 2.5TH/s of nominal hashrate.
We will run a Round 18B for those additional 150 GB shares, if necessary.

===============================================================================================================

DZ Miners Cooperative Roles for this R18 GB:

thomas_s : Primary GBC for Rounds 5-18. Vetted Co-GBC during R3/R4. R2 member.  Set up Online Auto Reservations for the co-op! Thank you! Send BTC payments to our website and questions for R18 to thomas_s .  PM thomas_s please for anything related to reservations or payment details.

Round 18 Payment Details

========================================================================

Please DO NOT purchase more than 25% of a round's available shares. This new policy is meant to improve product availability for Rounds with limited stock. Since this round has 250 total shares available, please do not purchase more than 50 shares. Thank you!

R18 Orders should be placed here: http://www.dzminercoop.com/?product=r18-bitmine-coincraft-rig

- For US Customers: for a 3%  fee for USD conversion to BTC, we recommend: https://cashintocoins.com/index.php?code=dzcoop a FinCen compliant MSB who can get BTC sent to the wallet address you want in as little as 15 minutes to an hour.

- For Intl. Customers: We are still exploring suggestions for inexpensive BTC conversion but I can recommend www.bitstamp.net at this time as that's the exchange rate used by our payment processor.

- PayPal is not available (and never will be again, unless we see a complete corp. culture 180 from PP). They are *not* Bitcoin and Bitcoin user friendly IMO. I won't say how/why but 1 person also helped ruin this payment method for ALL of us, going forward.

If there's any concerns about registering your payment, please follow up with a PM to Thomas or a support ticket. There's two methods to resolve this:

A. Send a support ticket on our website www.dzminercoop.com

OR

B: PM to thomas_s on this site

Subject: DZ HF GB R18, Order#
Details: Please include Tx ID, your wallet address for payout, and any concerns you may have about your transaction(s)

==

thomas_s -  Primary GBC for Rounds 5-18. Co-GBC during R3-R7. R2 member. Send BTC payments and questions for R18 to thomas_s . Set up Online Auto Reservations for the co-op!

DZ - Need escrowed Group Buy shares? For a 2% extra fee you get 3rd party fund holding, dispute resolution, and $500 insurance per transaction at BTCrow. [DISCLAIMER: I, DyslexicZombei, am an approved Escrow Affiliate at BTCrow.] Please PM Carbon Copy thomas_s please prior to escrow payment.

===============================================================================================================

Refunds: Refunds are discouraged because of the chaos caused in Group Buys, but if necessary, you will be refunded before the miner ships, at a 1.5% restock fee. After the miner ships, no refunds are available.

===============================================================================================================

Share Ownership Transfer Fee: There is now a 0.75% Ownership transfer fee if you're buying someone else's DZ MC co-op shares. We put a ton of time, money, and BTC to offer the GB community many of the world's best at-cost and below-cost deals. Refunds and share transfers cause chaos and extra work for us.

This 0.75% share transfer fee *MUST* by paid by the new owner before we will transfer share ownership.

By sending payment, you agree to these Refund and Transfer terms before purchase.

When does this ship and when is it expected to by turned on ?

Hey UNOE,

This is scheduled for a Mid January delivery:

https://bitmine.ch/?product=coincraft-rig-mid-january-batch

We're paying extra for Express Shipping, as time is always of the essence when it comes to Bitcoin mining.

===

That reminds me: If any co-op members have cheap hosting available in Europe...you could make extra BTC as well as help make the co-op make extra BTC - due to faster hashing startup time thanks to shorter shipping distances from Switzerland. Also: please send me a PM if you're interested in Intl. hosting elsewhere.

You would have to go through my vetting process, while it's free I believe that it's the most stringent on the forum, as I have the benefit of over 10 years in Info Security. If you're willing to be a DZ MC miner host somewhere international, it would allow you to not only save on hosting/management fees on your own DZ MC shares but could be a lucrative side business for the right person or person(s). As a pro network engineer, I will assist you for free in assessing and improving your miner hosting conditions in order to be considered a viable vetted miner host.

Please send me a PM if you're serious and interested, as I wouldn't mind expanding our co-op hosting facilities to South America, the EU, Africa, Asia, and Australia.

Cheers!

PSA: Our new website is almost ready, but until then: please, please, please separate your orders if you're ordering from two separate Rounds.

Thomas unfortunately has to do the math mamba to try to figure out how many shares you purchased in which round, because our free site backend tools clump all BTC payments together.

We expect this limitation to go away once our almost finished revamped site has launched.

Cheers!

as a newb, i'm still taken by the teams on btcguild, and only just noticed the dz team on the highest-hashing 25 list. congrats on that.

do we get the team pin when our round starts hashing? can we point our non-dzgb mining there and get the dz team into the other lists?

i have a whole 2 million shares to offer...

Hello,

How many shares are left?

The website now shows miners in the second January batch with a lower price. Will you be launching another groupbuy with the same machine and a lower price? If so, when will it be expected to arrive/start hashing?

Why not order the 2 TH/s? It's $460 cheaper than 2 1TH/s :).

Hey Hili,

Welcome Back! Due to Bitcoin upward price mobility: If we raise enough funds for 2 or even 2.5 TH/s (yet we don't sell all 250 shares) we simply give everyone the extra hashrate that we end up with.

We did this for R8B, where we had raised enough funds for 600GH/s with only about 47 shares bought. Those lucky buyers actually have a higher GH/s rating per R8B share over R8 buyers, but that was the happy luck of the draw.

If the reverse happens where BTC drops tremendously in value: we'd likely hold the BTC until the USD price recovered before we commit to buying something for less USD value than the BTC we originally raised.

==

FWIW: At the moment, I'm showing only *15* GB shares available for R18.  Shocked

Without a confirmation from Thomas, I cannot say if there are phantom or unpaid orders which would account for more than 15 shares at this time.

...if those sales come through...looks like we're buying a maxed out 2.5 TH/s+ Bitmine Rig.  Grin

Also: if there's enough demand for a 2nd Bitmine Rig
: sure, why not! If people want to get access to the world's best values, we're more than happy to oblige and we could run a R18B round, for those that are interested. I just activated backorders so that if we sell more than 250 GB shares, we'll automatically roll over those oversales to R18B.

Hmm,

Please contact bobsag3 or -Redacted- if you'd like to join the DZ mining pool. Grin

We're still also seriously considering spearheading a GB Forum specific mining pool.
