Can confirm it works for 1080ti FE.

Local hashrate matches pool hashrate. Definitely an immediate increase in shares. Feels like adding a 1060s hashrate for free.

Thank you to the devs for releasing this. Really really appreciate it! To the guy above me ETH can never do you wrong  Tongue

Why mining ETH with gpu´s ? Asic´s or high-end-FPGA´s hash better with lower power consumption!

Anybody, who mine ETH with gpu´s, support the Asic-mining and increase their profit !

It is not a miner. It is memory booster for 1080/1080ti

According to my understanding GTX 1080ti with 55 ETHhash is burning 125W less electricity than Zcash 750 sols.
Thats why some Zcash miners can change. Just my opinion.

I can confirm that this is true. Plugged in the ff. values in whattomine:

Ethash    - 55 Mh/s      - 125w = $2.46 /day
Equihash - 750 sols/s   - 200w = $2.00 /day

It is indeed now more profitble to mine Eth with a 1080ti. However, that doesn't mean it is the MOST profitable. Other secret coins out there are still better..

Tried this pill for 1hr and insteresting thing - hash rate pool reported, it slowes down to some 40MH/s from 1080ti. After 1hr I shut down pill window and pool reported has hrate immediately starts to grow to some 55MH/s and stays ))) Very interesting.
BTW this mod makes cards power supply and memory very hot. Tried it on EVGA FTW3 and it has sensors to monitor it. Literally from 65C to 80-82C with 100% fan on Power.

Less heat and lower electricity bill might do the trick for those who already roid their rigs or for the new ones that didnt had the chance to encounter problems with cooling gpus when outside temperature is over 40C.Yeah i agree that there are better coins to mine now but days of 20$ per card are gone for now

1080 Ti mines at 175W and 55MH/s, anything below that causes ETH hashrate to drop.
Stop dreaming about 125W, it will never happen.

What? More hashrate = higher difficulty = less profit for everyone, including ASICs

Good lord.

Guys. It says there, right in the tool - it's 1080 and 1080Ti (okay, and now TitanXP) only. Literally.

Your P104-100 will not work. Your P106-100 will not work. Your RX470 will definitely not work.

The tool is for ETHhereum. That's why it's called ETHlargement. That's the joke.

Your shares get reflected at the pool. Wait a few damn hours.

No, this tool isn't responsible for killing your rigs, eating your children, your MyEtherWallet being hacked or your land rates increasing.

If you don't trust OhGodACompany, don't run it.

However: if you DO have a TitanXP, 1080 or 1080Ti that isn't running this tool correctly, please, let us know on GitHub or here. These edge cases are usually due to users not running as root/admin, but, hey, who knows, maybe there's RevC memory wandering out there somwhere.

I understand your post

A tool with huge people intersted will generate that kind of questions.

I think you would put this message to OP lol

I have some 1080ti cards and test them on win10.

ASUS  1080ti FE                  ... working
EVGA  1080ti FE                  ... working
GIGABYTE AORUS 1080TI      ... working
GIGABYTE AORUS 1080TI XE  ... working
MSI 1080ti gaming X             ... working

they are working good on ETH. 49~53 Mh/s
but... some 1080ti cards are not.

ASUS 1080ti turbo                    ... not working
ASUS STRIX 1080ti O11G gaming ... not working
they still show 33~35 Mh/s (even with revA )

maybe ... 1080ti cards of ASUS can't be supported Huh

could you help me?

thanks.

I have rig on ASUS STRIX 1080ti - 8 card, this util give 49 Mh/s... but I can't get more than that.

that's for sure, on the eve of the coming summer in some countries, the temperature will start to go above a certain level of 40 degrees and cooling on the same Zcash will be very problematic - you can translate the farm to a colder algorithm, thanks to the developers for the opportunity Smiley

Congratulations for the good results! What about 1070/1070Ti? Will there be a new pill available in near future?

On my EVGA 1080ti FTW3, one of the sensors reaches over 70 degree, I think it stabilized around 73 but then I closed the miner.
Actually they were 2 sensors at the same point but in different sides of the GPU, one sensor for the memory and one for the power, but my guess is that the power-related component is being overheated and causes the memory next to it to heat as well.

The same problem exists with some Neoscrypt and Equihash miners as well, so it's not just ETHlargement, it might be something with all the 1080TIs or just this specific EVGA's edition.

BTW, is there any way to deactivate the effect of the "pill" without restarting the PC? Just closing the console doesn't seem to change anything.

PS: Where are my miners! Your tool works great at increasing the hashrate, thanks! I just hope it doesn't have a trojan in but I'm not keeping anything worth stealing anyway. Grin
