Well... Figured I might as well try this out on my 8 x 1080 rack...

Had to use sudo /root/utils/OhGodAnETHlargementPill --revA 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 to get it to run in SMOS...

Went from a whooping 22MHs+ to 24MHs+ on each card... That's on 5 Nvidia 1080 FE's and 3 EVGA 1080FTW's

So it does work but not enough in my opinion to move my 1080's from RVN....

Now show us the private 1060 version!!!!

Something is going wrong.

You should be hashing @ 30+ MH/s on a 1080.

I am getting just over 50Mh/s with various 1080ti's on HiveOS using 200w power limit, +0 core clock, +650 mem.   would love to know how to get closer to 54Mh or how else I could optimize

Any chance to do some magic within your lab and help us with Windows 10 to free up that extra VRAM and mine Ethash coins with 2,5GB DAGs on 3GB cards again? Will be much appreciated I'm sure. Also, can you say something about the upcomming public version, does it fix the low hashrate issues on 1060s with Hynix memory (they are probably latency related, but I'm sure you know it better than me)

Also, I read about someting on Github like "we will never ever release something free again", but please, understand that people are used to scams in crypto nowadays, so when someone offer a free 20MH on a single card... they just don't believe it. It seems the most effective/least problematic means of ensuring you and the other ETHlargement team members get paid for your work is to incorporate the pill into the mining program itself (either a miner of your own design or else license / revenue share with someone else).

Doubt that one will ever be released.

The GTX 1070 doesn't have G5X memory and thus the injection doesn't work. Neither will it on any other non G5X card.

The mining cards P104/102 already have this mod (FAW/RRD) so this tool only applies to the non mining G5X cards, which are 3 types..?

What it does is, it accesses the memory block and injects those 2 changes.

I've done this mod on the P104 when we first recieved the prototype months ago.
It jumped from stock 28Mh to 36Mh with just those 2 changes.

You are just the guy who decided “not” to release it to anyone and force those to buy the absolute pieces of garbage that are the mining cards. Without letting people know (as I tried) that these mods can be given to any GDDR5X card. IE all of these cards are failed GTX 1080 and Failed GTX 1080TI that nvidia scrapped and that some company decided to buy those scraps and sell them to miners with 3 month warranty.

Yep I think @OhGodACompany are hard at work on OhGodAminer(?) May 25th has been mentioned. I'm hoping it will include some form of prescription for all dosable nvidia cards. Or maybe an FPGA card with the option of nfsw graphics on the fan shroud or a small fresco of Vitalik Buterin behind illuminated doors. And RGB lighting.

if i got it right, -revA need to use in case of 1080 with old memory or smth like that.
try both ways.
1080 ti should work fine without revA

my 1080 works only with revA
my 1080 ti works without revA

Really saved my 1080s bought them because it's relatively "cheaper" compared to 1070s.... 1080ti @ AUD$1200 is way too much... 1080s cost A$800... 1070s was A$650... now... A$770 for good brand cards...

hash rate went from 26mh to 38mh Gigabyte Aorus 1080.. with Memory + 970.... tdp 50% +0 Coreclock

Also have 2 Zotac 1080 Amp extreme where picked up for "cheap"  because it's factory overclocked quite hard...
TDP 50%  Coreclock -200  Mclock + 600 Same about 38+- mh anything more will crash the rig right away

The only thing is when if Rig went "dead" I cannot do the bat file for start up to auto start.. MSI afterburner went a bit haywire eating up 99% CPU... had to restart again to back to normal then start the mining bat file. maybe i have overclock memory too much..... 970 seems to work fine.. previously was to the max 1000mh.... and hash rate 38.5mh.... but rig went dead after few hours

Msi Gaming x 1080 tested.. still 38+-mh
Tdp 60% mclock +980 seems quite stable and uses less electricity than the aorus

Just sold all my coins to fund this new 1080 rig... Will donate to you guys when I earn more....
