I think, World Bank has admitted cypto but some countries are still resisting to it. The time will show us the future of cyrptocurrencies.

Russian developers are really good in crypto and their projects are really nice.

I don't think Russia will eventually legalize crypto, Russian authorities are only thinking about doing this. Moreover, I do not think that this news will affect the growth of the market.

That is a great news and ever great news can have a positive impact on the market. As cryptocurrency continues to grow in popularity, governments all over the world are attempting to lay down legislation before its seemingly imminent mainstream adoption. However, it remains to be seen how Russia’s legislation will work in practice. Today, the crypto currency in various countries of the world suffers a very serious pressure, because in most countries of the world it's simply forbidden to crypt, because their banking systems can not exactly withstand such a burden on Fiat, as for Russia, I'm not sure that they will legalize crypto-currencies.

They legalize crypto at the same time as they ban telegram.  You have to admitt: the russians are smart!    Legalize the good part and ban the gutter part of the deal.  We need to get rid of the BS ico's and start focusing on good ico investments with steady growth instead of p&d schemes.  The market needs to mature a bit, even if that means no +700% in a day kind of situations.
