Hey guys, what do you think about the last news from Russia? Russian government will legalize crypto! Do you think it will pump market again?
it will happen super big pump, where the Russian population is very massive and public interest towards cryptocurrency is high
will be very comfortable when their status unclear, in the pull
people will feel protected and of course they buy a lot of BTC

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Russian business ombudsman believes that cryptocurrencies in Russia should be equated to foreign currencies.
In his opinion, the state should regulate this process - crypto wallets should have the number, first name and surname of a particular citizen or company that owns this wallet, so that all operations would be absolutely transparent.
I believe that this total control could kill the very idea of decentralization that underlies all cryptocurrencies.

Hopefully the legalization of crypto in Russia will come to pass if this is the only way to go back to good performance in the market. Probably will avoid entering scam ICO if it is regulated. Much better instead of to ban the crypto in Russia.

That is a good news for us cryptocurrency users. Russia is known to be a powerful and dominant country , I hope with the move russia made will also influence other countries to follow and accept cryptocurrency as well. With this big development, we can expect a huge increase of cryptocurrency users.

Russia is a big country, most likely the country will imitate the steps taken by Russia.
of course this could have a good impact for the world of cryptocurrency as it is getting known and hopefully there will be its regulation in every country

I will refrain from commenting on Russia. Every week in Russia initiate criminal proceedings for repost in social networks. I hope they don't come up with anything.

It is possible as putin showed some positive feedback the last time a i checked he said that he is going to take it seriously to study this new technology. It means that the russian government are starting to get in touch with cryptocurrencies. If you asked me it is the best thing that could happen if Russia is going to adopt the technology most of their allies are going to do the same.

Normally it will have some effect on the market,  but there is a point -  do they really plan to legalize cryptos or its another game against the Ed and USA?  As I remember talks around crypto and its legalization in Russia are going around the forum more than a year already, but they still didn't accept any final decision. I only hope that new laws about legalization and regulation will stay very soft to micro users.

I think that today it simply can not be done, because there are more important things that officials try to solve, which work very hard to resolve joint interests, it is very important to understand that there are prospects, but so far very small.

In Russia today there is a problem of transition from cash payments to non-cash payments. The reason is in the current system of non-cash payments, which is somewhat outdated and based on non-cash money issued by banks. Bitcoin would be suitable for settlements between individuals and legal entities in any configuration, but one must bear in mind the risks associated with the volatility of its rate.

Similar news is. But realization is practically impossible. The law is not yet in favor of the participants crypto currency. The government wants money, not regulation of the crypto-currency market. And the news is not likely to be affected on the crypto-currency market positively.
