If this kind of topic has no proof or other sites to give some links to support the mean,theres no point to believe its true..russian investors are strolling all over the community and i find it strange how did it happens that their people commonly involving in this crypto while the government has not directives legalizing this

Russia unlike China are neither here nor there when it comes to cryptocurrency.  At a time Russia was banning all cryptocurrency related business and at another time they were showing support for mining cryptocurrency.  I will take any news coming from Russia as regard cryptocurrency with a pinch of salt!

they are not going to legalize, and want to introduce the concept of cryptocurrency as a digital value, it will not happen soon

This will not affect growth. Today the State Duma adopted in 1 reading a bill on digital financial assets. The bill implies transactions for the exchange of tokens into rubles or foreign currency.

I do not believe that Russia can accept crypto  in nearest future. The thing is that Russia is not ready at the moment. There a lot of things to regulate prior acceptance and it will take much time just to prepare for such changes. Russias government understands, that many developers and players in current crypto field are either live in Russia or emigrants.The idea is to keep these minds closer in order to develop internal economical situation and to build investor friendly environment. Taking into account political , economical and social situation i think it is a bit early to hope for crypto acceptance there. When it happens it will bring fruitful results, but again we have to wait with patience.

The law on digital cryptovoyotes was adopted in Russia, but this does not mean that bitcoin was recognized as a payment instrument. Unfortunately, the authorities did only worse. The law is not very pleasant at first sight. Maybe it was a partial fall this Sunday.
