Yes this will happen but not soon.Banks are still having big word in government with all of their money but slowly mainstream adoption is on the way and Russia will eventually accept crypto

I am not sure how soon this would happen. If Russia is serious in adopting digital currency like Cryptocurrency then the government needs the power to control their central bank and that the Russian commercial banks would be able to cooperate with the government. No foreign bank would want that and they will exit Russia. Russia will then be able to control and pioneer Cryptobanking and expand it to willing countries.
