Its a good sign if that's true, because once one country legalized crypto it boost confident to the market and investors. The more country will accept crypto the more investment will come and it means market trading will happen.

can you give a link to that article, which uses english, so far all I know is Vkontakte start accepting cryptocurrency ie BTC and BCH, to validate whether the news you are saying is true or not, due to the lack of information sources I do not know about this news.

Seems strange, Vkontakte isn't going to accept crypto,because there is no law yet to regulate crypto relations in Russia.
