IMO, I think it's just the preparation of the whales for a big pump in next month . The whales are trying to dump the price of cryptocurrency to make a lot of holders and investors become panic sellers then they'll have chance to buy all these cryptocurrencies with very low price then hold and wait for the upcoming big pump

You're forgetting that market was continuously green for weeks, and oncd market stays green for as long, a dump becomes unavoidable. Such minor red marks are okay as long as bitcoin is maintain its value around 8-10k. There's nothing much you should be worried about at the moment.
