It does. First of all - lower commissions - WONO comission will be not more than 5%; at the same time Airbnb commission is around 15-18%. I would say it will be hard to reach hard cap in this current crypto economy but i am sure they will raise more than many of us expect. When it comes to unsold tokens, in my experience, its best to burn all of them and make them potentially more valuable.

I suggest you look into the benifits of the blockchain technology to know what this token is doing. It's avoiding the necessitity of having so many other currencies doing virtually the same thing, but for different utilities. So it;s a single chain of blocks that links transactions of most activites. So yes it will be cheaper, faster, efficient and secure.
