With the recent hack, I assume a lot of people will switch to something else, what do you think?

I still recommend using a hardware wallet over the safety benefits though.

yes, I heard the hack on MEW wallet. but until now I'm still not problematic and safe. I think hacking yesterday was allegedly from his broken dns google. from which the hacker can access our wallets when we use them as well.
so I guess this case is not lies in the excitement of the mew wallet technique

I'm still using MEW because it is required for joining bounty campaign, and about the issue of several hacking, maybe they used unappropriated MEW which not the safety one. Sometimes hackers can easily accessed to the unsafe MEW which that kind of MEW were not actually secured.

Unfortunately, MEW is one of the most popular online wallet options in the community. After the information was announced about the status of MEW and google DNS. I think they will quickly fix this vulnerability. Because MEW can store both ETH and Erc 2.0 tokens. I'm still using MEW and Metamask. I've removed google DNS from all my devices.

Yes, Make sure the hardware wallet is the maximum option for your coin safety.

I think such a hack can happen to any side. Therefore, there is no reason for me to stop using mew.
Therefore, I continue to use the side, because I am very satisfied with mew.

really, choosing a hardware purse to store the assets we have is a very appropriate choice at least it will be free from hacking. but besides that I also still use MEW but with great care and use Metamask.

I keep using MEW, because I think MEW is safe and can avoid hackers. at least MEW is safer, and it makes me calm.

MEW is good now. I think they had already fixed the bugs. And also with metamask i think we can all guarantee the safety of our assets. Also mew is very convenient to use when it comes to gas price.

Generally speaking Hardware wallet is the best. But its not at affordable cost. But I think MWE still safe as everyone in here. Recently We have faced DNS attack in ED and MWE. But still safe.

Mew is the most used and for even more secured wallet we may used ledger nano wallet and other hardware wallet. Good to hear that even it was hacked many users are still loves mew. We must really keeps our private keys for our own benefits.

Yes, but I'd be very very careful before using it, check their twitter and check Reddit in general before using it, that recent DNS hack was a massive loss to the community, around $150K was taken in ETH, people's hard earned crypto all gone because one person decided to hack MEW, it's terrible.

Always be on the lookout, trust nobody in crypto.

I think MEW still the best for our wallet to support the payment system, and MEW or erc20 wallet still the best for project because its easy to use and easy to make smart contract. I think ethereum still the best project and help us in bounty program

I am still using MEW. The reason is 1) I am using a hardware wallet (no chance for my private key to be hacked). 2) I am using the legit chrome extension of MEW, which is a offline version of MEW (not affected by the recent hack).
With the recent issue of MEW as of now I'm not accessing my account. I am not doubting it's safety but it's not bad to make a precaution. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Yes I sill use MEW and no I will not be changing to something else. I believe the hack only affected a few countries at most as my access was totally unaffected at any time during the alleged problems. Dilligence is required at all times when using crypto no matter which wallet you use.

Until now I still and will always use MEW, because I think MEW is a wallet that is easy to use and very practical, here I just need to download the privat key and save it carefully, and MEW can accommodate many types of altcoin ERC20.

Yes I've also been hacked. Lots of my losses there. I also still use mew. And want to change to another wallet. Do you think the losses inflicted by the hack? I think a lot of people lost their wallets. I think use using wallet hardware is the most secure. Is there a wallet hardware know very safe?

And was not this information specially launched into the network that would undermine the trust of people who use this purse? I for some reason do not know anyone who really lost money during when there was information about hacking the system.

Yes, i am still using myetherwallet, it is an easy-to-use online wallet but yes it is prone to attack but in my opinion, it is the wallet owner like me that should be responsible to keep my MEW safe from hacker and phishing links. If you really find it unsafe to use the MEW, i am recommending the use of Metamask which is safer than MEW.

Although Bitcoin and ETH are very secure, but whose wallet is not. Yeah, you are right. Hardware wallet is best security wallet now. I think it's really not as convenient as a online wallet. It just suit true holder. If you are trader, MEW is the best for you. We can only prevent hacking by being more careful. That's only way.
