Ethereum is a threat to bitcoin? Yes it is. We all know that ethereum was created by a russian programmer on 2013, and it was launched on 2015. After 3 years it is next to bitcoin in terms of popularity and value.

Let me show you some NBA perspective on this, bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency right? same as LeBron as the king of NBA. But here comes ethereum the prince of cryptocurrency just like Ben Simmons as the prince of the NBA. The prince will dethrone the king on the eastern conference finals same as ethereum that will dethrone bitcoin in the next couple of years. Wether we like it or not the king will reach its limit. Mark my word. Trust the ethereum process!
I believe ethereum and bitcoin is completly different coins and i dont see any competition between them cause they do have different project and use.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

It's plausible in the future that Ethereum will take the #1 spot from Bitcoin. But Ethereum isn't really a currency so it's not even in direct competition with Bitcoin. It's more complimentary to Bitcoin than anything.

Maybe I don't think Ethereum is a threat to Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the first coin and until now it is a coin that has a very high selling value. If Ethereum can be like Bitcoin and experience growth, surely this is the hope of many people. Ethereum has that potential because many projects use the Ethereum platform.

I think long term investment is very potential to generate a lot of profits but it will take a very long time, if we do not survive in the end we will sell coins at a low price

We only hope that the future of ethereum will soon recover and defeat bitcoin, if this happens it will make the market more attractive because other coins will be easy to campaign.

long-term investment is great for a better future life with the assets we have and will benefit greatly in the future but with an investment note only on coins that have excellent potential for the future and will continue to increase prices. so I prefer to invest only on bitcoin and ethereum for the long term, both coins are undoubtedly by the growth of its value.

I don't think that can be said so if ethereum is a threat to bitcoin, until now bitcoin is still the top coin in one after ethereum, and it is difficult for ethereum to beat bitcoin, which of course these two coins have their portion - each

Well the only reason about doing some long term investment is to gain larger and steady profits. And I suggest if you are doing long term investments, you should invest on Bitcoin or Ethereum because I believe that these to will rise up again by the end of this year 2018.

If the Ethereum team is actually scammers, here it will be interesting. The other dangers he from themselves not represents. I'm talking to you as a techno analyst.

In the state as Ethereum is now, it can not be a threaten to any coin, actually, but in my opinion, there are a lot of chances and it will rise up again and I am waiting for this happy event to come. What about Bitcoin...
There is no point in comparing these two cryptocurrencies.

Those two are different coins serving their own purpose. ETH is not and won't ever be a threat to Btc. The price of Btc is determined by the value attached to it Eth is no match to the value Btc has.

It is obvious enough how ethereum has clinged on the 2nd spot with highest market cap in the crypto assets. I think ethereum can only be a threat to bitcoin if it can reach about 80% bitcoin's market cap but that seems unlikely to happen.

Two completely different things that compare incorrectly. They have different goals. And if bitcoin didnt take place as a means of payment, then it has huge chances to become something like digital gold. Etherium has no such chance.

I think it is not, bitcoin has its own way of popularity in cryptocurrency and so as the ethereum coin. It is not threat to bitcoin because bitcoin has more valuable in price than ethereum and also has more volume coins than ethereum.

Everyone should develop their own strategy to work with each coin. Personally, I prefer to enter at the beginning of market recovery.
This helps to identify the trend and understand that there will be only profits and no losses.
