To be honest i just don't have time for it anymore 
I asked SciFi if they wanted to take over development but no one has got back to me in weeks.
So if the community wants to jump in on please by all means do something with it

Well, all, getting my butt kicked.  I've never mined sha256 before, always scrypt, and I'm having a time with it.  Trying to hook up to a pool, but keep getting 'share too big' error.  Totally lost.  Any help is appreciated!

the issue is you're using th diablo kernel which is a sha256 kernel. You should just remove the kernel line and then it should work

I should qualify dead by meaning 'not under active development or use by the team'. Not that it doesn't function at a technical level.
