It was dead a long, long time ago.

This coin is still active and running smoothly.
addnode=84.200.17.185
addnode=24.47.47.205

anyone wanna start an otc exchange here?

Although not immediately, Scifi Blockchain LLC will be taking over the development of this coin.

See:
https://www.scificryptoexchange.com/

This is also the reason I did not remove it from www.cryptocoinexplorer.com. It will become part of the Scifi family of coins and as such is sponsored under the LLC.

this is a fucking good news.....i have some Cubits :-)

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Dreamwatcher,  could you tell us please, when the remaining coin from the failed scificryptoexchange will be returned to their rightful owners?

Alive it is. At least two full nodes up and running + PoS seems to work. Cheesy

Edit: And yes, if someone could take care of Cubits, this would be cool. So say we all!

some indications SCFI coins might take over.they do GPL,KED and UFC.

I've been unable to create a windows device that can compile QT wallets. much less support a coin. But have been involed with this coin for a long time and want to see it live.

I've opened my wallet we'll see what happens

If someone can take over this coin, and do good things with it, price can become real good since the max coins is not a lot compared to all new altcoins that are popping out everyday.

Looks like one full node is gone. Cry

You might use this one:
addnode=scifi.no-ip.org:17433

If someone is interested setting up a full node on a Raspberry Pi B, just let me know. I could provide some instructions (might take some time to make a neat copy out of my notes) or an SD card image. Smiley

I have a spare Ras Pi I can add to my network. post of PM an IMG file and I'll give it a try.

Also my wallet is normally open and staking.

Thank you, PM sent. Smiley Looks like there are one or two additional nodes now, any additional node is a win.

I wouldn't mind putting in some time in cubits again setting up a web site ect..
Last time around there just wasn't enough following and no exchanges would pick it up.
There are just so many alts out here now I am not sure if it would gain any traction.

Its not going... With all the regulations on cryptocurrency's in the USA it would cost allot of money to get off the ground.
At this point I have been pretty much bled dry by snakes.
I am probably going to chalk it up as a failure and try to start paying some of it back soon from another project I have going.
I have learned allot though through this whole ordeal at least I can say that.

You should probably update the thread to that effect then.
