first they defrauded  the ZOIN holders  buy dumping the ZOIN for no  reasons what  so  ever . Now they  trying to  do  the same with the NIX holders .

1)   POW was changed to  POS  for no apparent reasons ( POS makes rich  richer and  poor poorer, but devs did care  ) -  this exactly  what  they wanted in the first  place .
2)   millions of  useless  wallet updates  every  week  or two   for no apparent reasons , accept for waisting are time and collecting more money  from the investors  -----  no real  progress has been made in more then  3 months .
3)  if you  say  something bad agains NIX .you  will get  BANNED for no reason.
4)  Nix is privacy coin witch you can  only get  with  KYC exchanger. HA HA HA .no kidding right .
5)  MAX supply was cut in 3 for no  reasons at  all .
6)  now we have Whitepaper 2.0  .  like ZOIN was not enough

Dev fund will be there to carry the project forward through developments once there is no team. The dev fund will allow this project to be fully decentralized. Wake up people. Did not want to pull this card out, but the $NIX team has slowly been selling their $NIX for "Development reason", you are free to believe what you will. This is why we need transparency, we have no clue what Jackieboy is doing with those funds.

Team member Jmoon, contradicts Jackieboy statement, while Jackieboy says they have sold and spent NIX, jmoon said Jackieboy funds mostly from his own pocket. We really don't know what they are doing with the development fund, they don't even know themselves!

I don't see contradiction. He said "most" stuff. And to be honest if they only spent 20-25 btc or $110-137k usd, and developed 2 way ghosting, I am pretty damn happy. All these other cryptos with massive hoards of cash, can't do addressless zk transactions, mainnets, or even put out a wallet, but NIX was able to develop something no one else can on top of everything else for 20-25 btc, I would say that is pretty impressive.

At one hand we have facts about constant and proper development of an amazing tech while at the other hand we have conspiracy theories from a kid who pretends to be the godsend guardian of NIX investors.
He is not FUDing he is just concern about dev funds. Yeah ok. Sure. And i am Satoshi.
I think there is no need to point the obvious. That guy is just a dissapointed guy who tries to fud for his personal agenda or just for revenge.

There is also no contradiction. Almost all funding goes via OTC. This is done, not to intervene with the market. Sometime the team is able to make payments in NIX but often they need Bitcoin. It all makes sense.
