Multicurency wallets work in partneship with cryptocurency exchanges to provide an exchange of different curencies. Opthereum will do this. It will have its own cryptocurrency exchange. Optherium has already got a licence for exchange operation in EU.

There is a techology atomic swaps. It allows to make transactions directly from different blockchains. But now this techology is just a theory and no one wallet use it.

Yes, we will need an agreement with VISA and Mastercard to offer NFC payments through their channels. We have already initiated discussions with both VISA and Mastercard and hope to have agreements in place by mid-summer.
