If the traffic is high, your fee won't like that and you will have a longer transaction completed

I wish that i have Bitcoin right now so that i could try some transaction and make some comparison to see if the transaction speed is really fast than before because my last transaction was on April in which it took me almost an hour before it reach to my local exchange wallet with fees of almost same amount of yours so I think the low fees was due to Bitcoin market value become cheaper at the moment therefore i just want to see if the below 1 minute transaction is really working.
