The fee of the transaction still up and down and I don't think it decreases because, in the other days, you will see that the fee changes. I see this on my mycelium, Jaxx, and coinomi wallet when I want to make a transaction and I think the time to complete the confirmation is also various. Maybe some people can see their transaction completed in less than 10-20 seconds, but the other people were seeing their transaction completed more than 5 minutes. I think it's because of the network is busy at that time, so the transaction we made is in the queue to complete.

I am using blockchain wallet and i am satisfied with the fee and transaction speed. I alway set the fee less than 1 usd and the transaction is confirmed in less than 10 minutes. But sometime i have to wait a while when network is busy.
