Yes bitcoin transaction amounts have improved over the time and now traders can send or receive bitcoins by paying very small  transaction fees. This is a one step forward towards the bitcoin adoption and I think the speed of transactions would be faster than now with the introduction of lightning network. In past people used to pay heavy amounts to transfer bitcoins but now it has become more convenient for people to send or receive btc by paying very low fees.

You were truly lucky. Bitcoin is extremely used blockchain, cause of its popularity and that people don't know any other blockchain where they can have faster and much cheaper transactions. If you want to have same cheap transactions of even cheaper use Lightning Network - 2nd BTC layer which makes almost instant transactions for only few satoshis - try it out.

I agree with you that this will further increase the demand for Bitcoin. However, it is great news that the commission was much less in the case of transactions If the demand for Bitcoin increases there may be a fee.

The development of bitcoin from Legacy to Segwit does really improve the efficiency of transactions but it doesn't mean that all of the transactions will be this good, it also depends on how you manage your wallet address. In my experience, I noticed that when I used many wallet addresses from the same seed, it cost more transaction fees. Also, network congestion does also affect the fees, so make sure that we are transferring funds in time that we think that many will not choose.

Bitcoin transactions sometimes goes really hard up because of the market movement also,there are times that the Prices changes Big in value so the fees also goes congested.

Did you miss anything here? Was it like 65 cents for transacting 0.017BTC or something? Anyway, after the time you mentioned, transaction fees skyrocketed and then slowly coming down. I checked last week it was around 20 sat per byte but right now it is 35 sat per byte; it keeps fluctuating. Still, it's no longer something new. It happens like almost all the time.

There are times when you will be making transactions and once you send it the money will be sent and confirmed within a very short time. I make use of Blockchain wallet, when making a transaction it's usually the regular fee option that I go for and when I click on it, it shows that the transaction will take around one hour. But there are times I will send and the transaction will deliver almost at the same time. So, it's based on the network being less busy. When there are too many transactions then you will have to pay more.

The transaction of bitcoin has become more faster and it's  transaction fee has become less , but I think in time coming the transaction might rise because bitcoin price may rise soon and if it does the transaction fee will also increase too.

I hope that's the same as you. However, the cost of a bitcoin transaction depends on the exchange you are using. Not all exchanges have transaction fees; Which is more and which is less. The transaction fees of some exchanges are so high that it is really painful for us.

I was a little surprised because I saw the time of this thread and the current transaction fee. seen feenya currently still the same between 25 - 35 sat bytes and depends on the number of input in each transaction. And for some wallet providers also set a standard amount for their own fees and that sometimes varies by wallet provider. The point is that bitcoin transaction fees are still expensive, especially for fees that use wallet exchangers.

That was really a great news although it was quite sometime when this thread have been started, I hope that the price transaction for Bitcoin is somehow cheap and the transaction will be seamlessly fast to be confirmed. But Bitcoin transaction price do really depend on the exchanger you will be using for they have their own set price for every transaction so maybe someone would do comparison that he have never experienced doing transaction at low price. Well there would be really cases that transaction fee are expensive and cheap depending on the exchange and the amount you are going to do transaction with.

If you do want your transaction to be confirmed easily, then you have to spend a little bit pricey to be able to do that. Though expensive, it is worthy if you are really in an urgent. But low price transaction is good as well but it will take time but still it would be transacted in a moment.

I hope that's the same as you. However, the cost of a bitcoin transaction depends on the exchange you are using. Not all exchanges have transaction fees; Which is more and which is less. The transaction fees of some exchanges are so high that it is really painful for us.

More reasons why we should carefully select our exchange we love to trade our bitcoin or even trade our altcoins. I chose some good exchange and decentralized exchange like Binance among others because they are serving my purpose and still having a good fees compared to other cryptocurrency exchange. Also, Bitcoin transaction fee is always high during the weekends  compared to non weekends, my transactions are carried out non weekends days.

This is very good news. As I said before, the bitcoin transition price will return to its previous place. It's just that the bitcoin transaction fee goes up a lot of the time but it's for a while. When the transaction price of Bitcoin increases, it soon returns to its former place. Just be patient when the bitcoin transaction price goes up.

This is very good news. As I said before, the bitcoin transition price will return to its previous place. It's just that the bitcoin transaction fee goes up a lot of the time but it's for a while. When the transaction price of Bitcoin increases, it soon returns to its former place. Just be patient when the bitcoin transaction price goes up.

Probably low traffic and there are lots of miners to process bitcoin transactions. This would be the great time also to transfer bitcoin holdings from one wallet to other secured wallet. It has beem observe that there are lots of scammers to prevent from accessing funds. Usually it is better to hold btc in different wallets.

If the transaction fee goes high then it might be good just to hold btc in that certain wallet and avoid doing transfer unless it is very needed or when one had already gaining profits.

The things have changed a lot since 2018. Now the average transaction fee is about $12.
