The reason why some establishment won't get accepting bitcoin as payment cause they still doubt crypto's capabilities. Maybe they change their mind if cryptocurrency have fully gained support from the government and even accepted by known companies.

They may doubt the capabilities of bitcoins but what I think is they are afraid of bitcoins. As they already know that bitcoins are decentralized and no one can make any things conceived from them. Currently the amount is not big, this is because of the big risk they see, yes we can educate them but that is the source of their life and not everyone dare to risk such a precious thing for things that not necessarily benefit them or even burdening them for exchanging Bitcoin to exchanges diligently.

Bitcoin is a precious investment and most of people use to get back from selling it, for now price of bitcoin is getting high and we should now buy as much as we can buy at low price,.
