hi i have been playing at blackjack, and the bookie always wins, at least bookie always get the number 21, I tried it 10x with a 0.001 bet. yes just occasionally I win, then lost it all. whether the game of blackjack has justice? lol

Me thinks it is the provably fair system.  I might be wrong but all of the sites with this system, Nitrogen, Bitzino,  CoinRoyale, you get the feeling as if you really don't have a chance.  I will say that BitStrz is a slower death and you feel as if you got your fair shot.  Who knows, everyone is convinced but how can you explain the losing streaks the players go on.  10 hands followed up by 3 wins followed by another 10.  Just play sports, that is all they are good for.  Their lines and customer service are top notch.  Their poker room is too sparsely populated for me.  I would use that exclusion rule Nitrogen offers to block yourself from playing.  At least they offer and that's a good thing because they are a kick ass sportsbook.

I have a balance of .054 but when I try to join a table it says I have a blana of -17mbtc.  I deposited more and now it went to -17mbtc.

Everything else works fine, any ideas?

I remember having a negative balance once before as well. Any reason why it shows negative ?

Without knowing more of the details, it's difficult for me to say. One common reason is that you can bet on the sportsbook with no confirmations, but once you start to play poker, only confirmed deposits will appear. If you give our Support team a shout, they'd be happy to look into your particular situation!

I placed a few sports bets and what not, super fun.

Playe some poker but unfortunetly it kept disconnecting me for inactivity  unless I fake bet on blackjack. Whatever no big deal life goes on.

The main problem is I withdrew .05 and its on the 13 confirmation and it still hasn't posted to my account.

Good question, the Provably Fair process can seem a little confusing! Basically, "Provably Fair" means that you can actually run tests to ensure that the cards were shuffled randomly. If you change the client seed, you do change the cards that are dealt - we definitely encourage you to do so!

Although we're very proud of being trusted, the great part of provably fair games is that you don't have to trust us. If you're technically inclined, you can actually view all of our source code. For those a little less tech savvy (like me), we've built in a verification button on every hand of blackjack so that you can check that your hand is fair. Just to update, it came through and I believe it was my wallets fault as it was having trouble updating.

Anyone else having any issues with random disconnects while being logged in? I have this happened to me on multiple occasions right before placing a bet and it's very annoying to say the least.
