all this time I had no issues with the deposit or withdrawal, everything goes smoothly without a hitch
but depending on how long you get a confirmation..lately takes quite a long time to get one confirmation on blockchain

My last 4 withdrawals took:
30 minutes
2.5 hours
2 minutes
5.0 hours

and I stopped playing there.
I'd like to continue, so I appreciate hearing the experiences of others.

2 people responded during my earlier posts and made it clear that during the early am PST hours (roughly 1:00 AM - 6:30 or 7:00 am PST) they had extremely slow experiences also (they weren't specific about how long but they clearly weren't happy).

 I would feel a lot better if Nitro would be honest and direct about the situation.

Perhaps during those hours if a withdrawal is more than 1 or a few btc, it takes an on site executive to ok it, and no exec is in till 7-8am PST.

Perhaps it's another issue. Perhaps if a withdrawal is over 5 or 8 or 10 btc or whatever it takes an executive to ok it. Could be something else.

But rather than address it forthrightly, they obfuscate with "Once in awhile it we may take a few extra minutes to protect your safety" and similar bs.
No one has a problem with "a few extra minutes".

But I do have a problem with unexplained holdups of 2.5 - 5.0 hours with no explanation.


(Posts # 2646 to 2665 contain a lot of posts of mine during the 5.0 hour withdrawal if anyone is interested in further info about it).

Your confirmation on the blockchain does not depend on Nitrogensports , unless they send it with no fees. But they do send it with fees, so its not their fault. Blockchain does take longer sometimes to confirm transactions.

Esport categories missing, even though lines are availible. For example, you can/could see a specific line under "starting soon" category, but it was the only way to spot it.

Examples : Dota 2 Pit, Sc2 SK telecom proleague, Dota 2 VPgame proleague - and maybe others as well.

I'm really sorry that you're frustrated with the esports lines! Support already passed along your concerns to our tech team, and they've been investigating.

Here's what Support and Tech have determined: if you're on the website right now and a category is newly added because we just received a line, it won't currently appear on the left automatically. Refreshing your screen should fix that problem. But, the Starting Soon feed is dynamic, and will pull the next lines, so the line could appear in that list.

Doing a quick refresh of your screen once in awhile should ensure that you have all of the categories available for betting, and will fix any apparent discrepancies.

Thanks so much for reporting the issue; it's definitely a system that we'll continue to evaluate based on your feedback.

Would be nice to have a zero confirmation poker as well. Is Blackjack 0 confirmation as well or does it require 1 confirmation ?
