Well I guess you are sick of having to keep hearing this but the withdrawals are still not instant.

They admit that withdrawals are no longer instant.

I am now forced to keep a few coins in there to satisfy my betting needs and the rest put in a traditional wallet so if something comes up I could react in time without waiting.  It sucks compared to what it used to be but oh well...

I do appriciate you brining more e-sport categories, but there is still a problem with some categories missing, and the only way to access them is to catch the lines in "coming soon" category, which is extremely  inconvenient at times.

Example would be the Starcraft 2 GSL - no category, but you can see the lines @ "coming soon"

I totally get how that's frustrating. Basically the discrepancy is that the "starting soon" feeds autorefresh, while the categories are only added and dropped when you refresh your page. If you refresh once in awhile, you should see all the lines in their own categories! I've passed on your comments, and I apologize for the inconvenience!

The only one time i got a result was from complaining @this thread. When i message support via ticket about that they usually just tell me that there is nothing they can do and its all up to the 3rd party (odds provider).

I am not really sure what happened, because as i've said before, like 2-3 weeks ago you were mirroring Pinnacle(when it comes to e-sport lines), so its was extremely convinient. And now when pinnacle puts a new tournament lines, you will never know if Nitro will pick it up or not, which is frustrating as hell.

On top of that, i feel like you totally ignored my complaint about the bug you have, about lines betting availible @coming soon, without having their own categories. I mean, you just assumed that i am stupid and never tried refreshing the page, and that hitting F5 would fix the issue, when its not even remotely the case. I guess you simply dont care about that and dont want to waste your resourses to look into it. Whatever.

We do rely on an odds provider - neither the Support team nor I can ever make promises about getting a line up. We track all requests like this though and do our best to get as many requested lines up as possible. The quickest way to get any request or issue looked at is to connect with Support.

I'm so sorry if you felt like I wasn't taking your feedback seriously. The issue you reported is one that we're aware of, and often refreshing your screen will fix the problem. I also escalated your concerns to the tech team, and they are looking into it. Unfortunately it's not something I can immediately fix for you, but please know that I will do everything I can to ensure that your experience at Nitrogen is as smooth as possible.

I am having major problems with this book.  I am running behind a paid VPN service that apparently some guy by the name of DPAD has been using for spamming and/or attacking the site.  I've been mistakenly banned from this site after winning 4-5 btc from this book yesterday.  I've tried resolving this problem with admin on the site several times to no avail they just keep saying the same things that since dpad uses the same IP addresses as my VPN that they will try not to ban me but can't make any guarantees.  I have 2.3 btc frozen in my acct: jonathandoe user [203933] and just want it out.  Luckily last night I was able to withdraw my 6 btc initial bets plus partial winnings for the day.  This book has gone downhill IMO and needs to address their chat bans and administrative problems.  I am a legit client and several members can confirm this: e.g. Fenic, Geraldojon, and several others. I really liked this booked until I started getting my account banned and frozen repeatedly.  Coincidentally this happened more once I started placing and winning larger bets.  I don't trust thus book anymore.  I have screenshots of all of my correspondence if needed Admin please resolve.  Thank you

Maybe they don't offer those bets, I see that a lot on directbet that they only have certain lines to bet on. Never usually seen an ML limit on Nitrogen, but that could be the reason.
