I have started using the site, even though it took a couple days for me to get on and make my first deposit. I do have a little issue how you said "thanks for letting us know the site is down." Um, no offense but you should know when the site is down, right? Couldn't you get a monitor for it or something? You shouldn't be relying on us to tell you it's down, if you want to run a real legit site...
No offense taken! We absolutely know when there is downtime. We were thanking people for letting us know as the particular issue we were facing the other day was a regional issue and seemed to be related to certain ISPs - we actually weren't experiencing downtime. Our tech team appreciated all additional information that our users provided here, via PM and on Twitter.
