Could you address the issues first? Jetwin is really a scambook, i opened the account on August 30 2014 and this is the deposit https://blockchain.info/tx-index/44a3aad9e4087413156e31041ee31a066682cb5ed84f99b175041a118d0f3f14" after several bets and winning the bonus, I realised my account was Blocked, come on jetwin, its just a few Btc but you guys don't want to give it to me. Am highly disappointed in your services. I have tried all means to write to your customer care fr many months now but you don't reply MY emails , so I decided to wrote to your via Facebook, I got a reply from some arrogant guy saying he had sent me a reason to my email why I won't be getting any of my winnings back but I have never received any email from them. What really happened to my Btc?  We have never confiscated any deposit. Information published by the new account having 2 posts shouldn’t be taken seriously. Many do not like to have a competitor like us, and they cannot think of anything better than to spread a false information. |

I read through the help page (which can be found here) and this is what it says about the 100mBTC no-deposit bonus you get for verifying the account with a phone number:  4. This bonus is valid for residents from UK, Germany and Austria. Now I wonder, is this outdated? I am from a country outside of those, and I got my 100mBTC no-deposit bonus. Or are you going to let me complete my roll-over, and then tell me it's invalid? Straight answers appreciated. |

That means I can complete my rollover and then withdraw, correct? |

I managed to reach my rollover requirements, and the next day I got this e-mail from you: Hi!

I can't provide any screenshot, since I can't login, however Jetwin might show bets placed on an MLB game #352643 Baltimore Orioles - Cincinnati Reds played on Friday, 05 Sep 2014, 00:05 GMT, specificaly Cincinnati Reds+1.5, so we can see if they at least change DB records  Of course it would be best for me, if they allowed me to login, but then they'd have to either create fake bets in my account or change the "We have never confiscated any deposit." |
