Why can't I withdraw my money jetwin? Its no bonus or anything, I am trying to withdraw 20 mBTC but it is giving me this weird error as soon as I hit the withdraw tab?

Yea i guess, without document verification one cannot withdraw. i'll never try sites which asks for doc verification.

It can't be that as I have played and withdrawn from the site before and they provided instant withdrawals and it wasn't any promotion/bonus, I deposited BTC and won.

Whether to withdraw in situ must require verification ID..?? . if the confirmation of document for user play ONLY with no deposit bonus, i can accept this, is a bonus and is for evetitate a multiple account, but if you request a document for normal deposit i don't understand this in the faq page

please remove the NO-DEPOSIT BONUS program on your site if you can not pay off . i have bad experience in this site, i thought it will be a good first impression with their no deposit bonus program but well done they dissapointed me yeppp im not valuable customer so they just block my account out no problem and goodluck on your bussiness.

I have my account with them since Sep last year iirc and they have never asked me to provide any sort of IDs but I also never applied for any sort of bonuses/promotions, I always deposit, play and if I am lucky I win and then I withdraw. This is the first time I had any problems withdrawing but as mentioned above, it was a technical problem not related to verification what so ever.

i can't makewithdrawal too, the warning same as like you mentioned above. i did not have trouble to withdraw until i received 500mbtc prize from jetwin competition last week

well,i still not request a withdraw or fulfill the bonus,here i see many member complain that their account is blocked after requesting bonus withdraw,their acc is block after submitting the paper scanned copy.this time first i want to get verified and then start playing the bonus..lets see what will happen to me...bcoz after getting verified,there might be no big reason for banned r8 after requesting bonus winning.
