Am highly disappointed in your services. I have tried all means to write to your customer care fr many months now  but you don't reply MY emails , so I decided to wrote to your via Facebook, I got a reply from some arrogant guy saying he had sent me a reason to my email why I won't be getting any of my winnings back but I have never received any email from them. What really happened to my Btc?

I can't provide any screenshot, since I can't login, however Jetwin might show bets placed on an MLB game #352643 Baltimore Orioles - Cincinnati Reds played on Friday, 05 Sep 2014, 00:05 GMT, specificaly Cincinnati Reds+1.5, so we can see if they at least change DB records
Of course it would be best for me, if they allowed me to login, but then they'd have to either create fake bets in my account or change the "We have never confiscated any deposit."

Surprisingly I can log in now. However, instead of having 2.6x BTC I have 0 and my history shows no bets.
