At least 90% of complaints are caused by violating site rules: double spending, multi accounting, restricted locations, obvious errors, syndicated betting, money laundering, hacking, and so on… I can continue this list, but to make long story short: respect site’s rules and you will fine. I have played with almost all sportsbooks listed here at bitcointalk, and never had any serious issue. I am mostly up with books, not down, so do not tell me this is the reason.

I would like proof or review of the decision that i have " numerous accounts" it is false, and the farthest thing from the truth.
There has been some sort of error and I have all the proof needed to show i have only one account. Thank you

Unfortunately yes they have a super slow customer service which this problem been exist even since 3 years ago! There's no improvement even worse , this causing a lot of abandoned accusations as you can see in your thread someone has mentioned some of them.

They seems lack of professionalism, my withdrawal in the last few months took more than 24 hours in average to be processed due they have to do it manually, that's why I risk a little amount of money only here, I'm not saying they are scam ... they still paying though.. just the way they threat customers it's 4 out of 10.

This site is working here for some long time but sadly they never give any updates about any update or progress if you want to ask any thing then better way is go to site and send them email hopefully they will give any update about Esports as they are going to add this or no in last few weeks they have many issues so be careful.

Not only Sports Betting, you can bet on several sports such as soccer, basketball, and many more. The site also provides a casino. About eSports, I think they have added that it's just that it's called Cybersport (I'm not sure about that but correct me if I'm wrong).
