but how do i configure it goddamnit? can I mine through the wallet, or do I need to create a bat file for cgminer? if I need to, what should be written in the file?

Replace xxxx with your worker name and password.

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://pool.testserverino.de:3333 -u username.workername -p workerpassword

where username is the one which you used to login into the pool and worker name is the name of the worker you created in that pool.
