Hello friendly happy clappy much love dogecoin community. Can such friendly doge person tell me the size of the doge blockchain.
~850MB
If the doge continues at such blistering pace

The doge must confront the issue of blockchain bloat much sooner than all other coins

now that transaction fee is set to 1 DOGE it's clear that it will not continue growing at the same pace. It will decelerate a bit for now (no more shitty tippers/faucets that give out < 1 DOGE in a single transaction), and as the value of DOGE increases less people will be inclined to try attacking the blockchain.

Much thanks.

                                     Such intrigue.

The doge is the brave

                                                       The doge is the pioneer

The doge can handle awesome GB storage

BTC ~8GB

Bitcoin is ~12GB after 5 years

Doge is ~850MB after 20 days

Such comparisons. Much conclusions.

Much miners not pay attention to such fee

It was due to a bug. Got sorted out yesterday.

not everyone has updated to the new client yet. We need > 51% of clients on the new code to be able to enforce the new tx fee.

Downloading dogeychain and verifying now. Such analysis to follow. In particularness orphan rates and the correlations to block size.

Much synching ahead.

They use a high diff setting with a short running average to calculate hashrate.

Sometimes your hashrate will report high and sometimes low <--- this is common to all PPLNS pools. All your shares are counted in the back end exactly as they appear in you miner.

what happened to http://doge.scryptpools.com/ ? i forgot i had some coins there.

They've been up and down the past few days. I got a payout from them on Tuesday, so nothing to worry about. Your coins are safe if you cant load your account.
