No interest on new services... no interest at all, that's why coin dying
large community my ass, all ppl try to mine and dump fast as they can
Why so short-sighted? The huge amount of TV exposure from the NASCAR events was not very long ago. DOGE has a large community and they succeeded with more than one amazing project.

That's the PAST. Looks like no one care now. Even the tips are shitty nowdays. Not everything is NASCAR. World isn't U.S.

Miners, be aware; the pool SimpleDoge is giving 2% bonus on every blocks for the next few days!
(I'm not a miner) How can they honestly give that bonus, they take a temporary loss to attract new people, is that the deal? Red flag for sure Not necessarily, maybe it's just a risky promotion tactic? Maybe they accumulated some serious promotional budget? But it brings to mind one post (relating to bitcoin, but still): As evidenced by miners clearly being influenced by their short term economic gain it seems a bad actor could launch a >50% attack much more easily than actually hashing the majority of the network themselves. All it would require is a pool run by a bad actor that simply offered economic incentive sufficient to attract miners away from Ghash et al. If miners as individuals are incapable of ignoring the lure of immediate gain, the bad actor could simply operate a pool at a loss for a short period of time and gain control of the network. This would be much cheaper than any other way of mounting this sort of attack.
This is the main issue as I see it. Thoughts?

Not sure has anyone already posted it on this thread. But if you're looking for something to fill the emptiness after Doge-Dice got shut down - I recommend:You can both play or invest. And they accept BTC and DOGE.

so i started mining dogecoin about a year ago.. only with a gtx 560 (dont make fun of me), because when i built my computer a year and a half ago, i put a ton into everything but the graphics card, and had no idea id discover mining soon after i discovered it wasnt so hard.. i only mined doge and vert, and now both are super low.. lol.. i had 20 dollars worth of vert, now its worth 2 dollars.. same with my doge i only made 705 of them so far =[ i think now is a great time to get in on vertcoin and dogecoin. i was thinking about getting a new gpu for my birthday in september, preferably an nvidia.. but im pretty broke at the moment.. i believe all scrypt coins will be picking back up by november, and then we will see a huge rise in all altcoins over the next several months.. ive studied economics and pennystocks quite a bit when i was a bit younger working for my uncle. if anyone has any good affordable suggestions for nvidia gpu's, would like to critique my post, or would simply like to help a shibe out, ill leave my doge addy, although i doubt ill get any loves. will gladly return tips on coins, since i understand the market very well. i believe if i had a titan 6 months ago, i would have made a few thousand by now, all from hash power.

Doge is the only altcoin I have, I bought it when it was valued around 100 satoshis. I don't know if it will ever raise again to that price but I'm holding hard...

You ought to consider buying scrypt ASICs instead; they are quite cheaper than gpus for a better hashpower, and they use less electricity. Good luck in your endeavour

If you buy more now, then you can dramatically lower your average cost.

This causes the sync to be longer... this problem was addressed/fixed by Pronooob adding supernodes.

Best doge pool ?
Simpledoge is nice, because it allows merge-mining with three different coins; PesetaCoin, TacoCoin, and UmbrellaLitecoin. Plus there's a 2% bonus going on at the moment.

What happen to Probooob? I know there is a lot FUD - but he was always very helpful and polite to me, with solving mining issues.
