Even after so many precautions, there is no guarantee that your coins will be safe. Recent attacks on myetherwallet are example of that.

You've made a good list, however, I'm not sure online wallets like Coinbase where you don't control the private Keys are such a good option, especially long term...

Well, I am using an online wallet to keep secure all my Bitcoin and Fiat Currencies. I really love being able to use digital currencies or the crypto currencies. My friends got tricked by hackers without them knowing how hackers got into their accounts and took all their virtuals in just few minutes.

I prefer using hardware wallets, in my opinion they are the safest way to store bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies. You only need to make sure to properly save/hide the seed.

By keeping your bitcoin secure it is true that you can activate a 2 factor authentication. Aside from that I guess we have to be careful on logging in a website that requires our private key. We have to make sure that the site we are using has the "https" to make sure that the site is secured

this article is very useful, it is true, hackers are always eyeing our money on the internet
now nobody is happy, if their money is taken away by hackers
I also hate that, so the precautions are better than regret at the end

I dont know if the online wallet is safe to secure my bitcoin. Just be careful in all of your actions, your funds will be safe from hackers. Keep your password always safe and dont tell anybody about it. Just be responsible and all your money, funds, bitcoin will not be hacked by the hackers.

Using offline wallet or hardware wallet is help you to keep your bitcoin safe from hackers. Nowadays hacking attack is very common in crypto world. And also keep the password hard as much as you think and don't share it. As well don't use public network.

As a user you should always keep your things safe and secured because not all people are trustworthy. Keep on eye into it, be responsible and wise on the links or buttons that you're click on. Also the most important is that set a password that you know its hard to get by the other people especially the hackers.

In my view, any service or device which is connected to web or is web based is vulnerable to hackers. Coming to wallet’s every company boosts about its security. For this reason some people use hardware wallets like Trezor and Keepkey.

The best way to keep your bitcoin safe from hackers is to use hardware wallet. There are also some other good wallets you can use, online wallets such as Blockchain.info, Coinbase and desktop wallet Exodus, Electrum.

We should be aware of some hackers and scammers here in crypto world. There are some phishing sites that migth invite you, a scammer who runs a phishing method will direct you to a fake page that looks like an official site belonging to a trusted company.

I always do as you say. I save bitcoin online, I always keep my password very well. I will not save my bitcoin wallet password on the internet because the hackers are always stealing through the internet network or the websites they create themselves.

Thanks a lot about the information. You have really given insight about bitcoin to people who have little knowledge about bitcoin and to those who are still learning. I hope they adhere to that to keep their bitcoin safe.

Your contributions are wonderful. But I think the online Bitcoin wallet is not really safe. The advantage of this type of wallet is its convenience, it does not require many processes to log in, but its safety level is quite low. Hackers can infiltrate and steal important information. The best way is to use hardware wallets, don't keep private keys online, do not click on strange links to avoid being infected with the virus and it can damage your computer. Also, using paper wallets is also a very safe way
