i've downloaded the client like 3 hours before and mining solo, unfortunately not a single block was found by me

They are giving out 60000 coins on the giveaway..

That's actually a pretty fair amount to give away given the numbers providing the thread is popular. I would expect them to have another 6-8 give-aways with a similar amount to spread the pre-mined coins.

If the devs disagree and only plan on having one competition then i'm out, and I feel many others will be too. We have had enough of scam/pump & dump coins. Are the devs planning on contacting casinos/online gambling stores to see if they would be interested in such coin? What will this coin actually be used for? None of has been discussed in the thread.

NOTE: I think this pool is also winning all the hourly blocks. I have noticed a few blocks that I have been paid like 5 to 9 times as much as I normally get per block.  so definitly a good site to mine on
