I just joined the pool no issue. It is up. Make sure to use the stratum+tcp://lot.cipherpool.com:8837 as the address.
Also make sure to enter a new worker (one per machine mining) or you won't mine.

My cgminer looks like this:

c:/cgminer/cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://lot.cipherpool.com:8837 -u coinsrule1234.3 -p x

Hope that helps the new miners to lottocoin!

and if you use GuiMiner and Reaper make sure its setup like the following

File  > new > Proxy
Code:
Host: lot.cipherpool.com
Port: 8837

then File > New > Reaper
Code:
Host: Localhost
Port: 8332
Username: CIPHERPOOLUSER.WORKERID
Password: WORKERPASSWORD

Do this and it will work just fine.  been mining for 10 hours now.

I just did some testing to make sure I could setup a pool correctly and I can.  I have ordered a machine to host a new mining pool on its just gonna take some hours until its setup.  I'll post my pool here once its setup.  In the mean time. feel free to head over to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=368910 to sell some coins that you have mined.

I don't have my server machine available yet.  If anyone has an ubuntu server machine and wants to run a pool I will set it up for you for half the bounty.  Takes me about 20-30 minutes to setup.  Unfortunitly my server order can take up to 24 hours :/.

just send me a forum pm here and I'll help you out.

I tried but the makefile is pretty much windows only, and I'm too lazy right now to sed it.
