Being a vegetarian is better than eating meat and any other kind of process food because natural eating benefits us good health and are immune system preventing many kind of diseases. Being a vegetarian is one of a very nice way of being a physically fit and physically healthy

Being a vegetarian has a lot of benefits to us, but for me, it is hard to be a vegetarian but if we are vegetarian, we can live longer and we can stay in this earth longer than expected. A vegetarian person is surely a healthy person and far from sickness.

The other benefits of being a vegetarian is that they look a lot more healthy with that glowing look, especially the ones that don't smoke
