This looks fantastic.  Signed up specifically because I am interested in these.  Nothing to be found on Craigslist or eBay right now, these look almost too good to be true!!!

Do you do discounts for bulk purchases, GreaterNinja?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Is there some sort of review thread for current people using them? and how do they run? usb, or do they run by connecting it to router and finding its ip? I have to set up dd-wrt so it makes ethernet miners a bit harder for me.

A simple forum search for Antminer S1 will answer all your questions.

Wait! so these run standalone wifi? because for my knc did not run wirelessly, and my cablemodem/router combo did not have working ethernets, so I had to buy another router, setup with dd-wrt to make that router wireless get connection from my cablemodem/router combo, then run my knc indirectly wireless that way. but shit, if antminer can run standalone wifi. that'd be awesseomee!!

^^I've read anecdotes saying not to run them on wifi just because of the hit to processing. These control boards are pretty maxed as is.

I may be late to the party but others are saying they get them quicker ordering right from the source, not to mention it is a little bit less expensive (1.45 BTC), what value add are you providing?

The receive time is about the same.  Sometimes we actually ship out and get units to end users faster (especially in USA).   As an importer and distributor, we are setup to have far less legal complications when doing international business.

Lastly, our business is setup to comply with USA laws.  We have all of the infrastructure and documents in place to do business legally in the USA.

People who buy elsewhere run the potential of having shipments seized by customs.  There has actually been a good amount of customs seizures and some customers not receiving their units at all when ordering directly from China or other Group buys as they lack legal documents.

NinjaTech has a 100% delivery rate to this date.  *knock on wood*

The value added is you have an American Business who is willing to take the risk in getting equipment here and legally do distribution in North America.

As a start-up, we really try to do our best.  If you guys can support NinjaTech, we would greatly appreciate it Smiley.

Feel free to check my Trust Feedback if you want to read testimonials of very happy customers.

Very Respectfully,

GreaterNinja

Hey there,

If I ordered 8 units from your website today, when could I expect them? What day would they ship out?

Thanks

Guys...I've already said several times we ship starting Around February 8th to Feb 15th timeframe...  Please stop asking me the same question over and over and over again.  I get asked this question about 10-20 times a day, every single day.  International Imports are not a day - precise thing.  There are many, many factors that can affect delivery.  So do not expect me to guarantee an exact date.   I will do my absolute best to provide great service and timely delivery to you.  You can trust that we will most likely provide better service than almost anyone else on this forum and that we usually always over deliver.

Very Respectfully,

GreaterNinja.

1.50 BTC Each For February 8th - February 15th Shipping,  Order up Smiley

I would also like to support Ninjatech...

Thanks for making my "private" message, no longer private.  Undecided I asked you this question because the information in this thread and your website do not align. (in my opinion)

You state that you cannot predict the exact day imports arrive - I understand that. However, your website states that you have "availability". I take this to mean that you have units in stock.

It's possible that I may have missed something, but if i haven't, I would ask you this: How can you list how many items you have in stock when you don't actually have stock?

AceJam,

You have been asking me the same question now for at least 2 weeks in a row.   You were already given a clear answer at least twice now.

As far as availability, we have some units in stock.  However, distributors and Sellers must keep release dates and prices closely aligned.  It is part of our agreement with Bitmain so we do not undercut our other cooperative partners.  If someone wishes to buy a unit and have it shipped tomorrow, they have to pay a premium.  I hope you can understand this from a global business perspective.

Very Respectfully,

GN

I have to say, I really hope Antminer makes a 2nd gen asic in the future to compete with the 2-3 Thash models that will be out. I wholeheartedly support any asic company that doesn't deal with pre order nonsense. If I'm going to gamble on mining hardware, I'd rather not also gamble on it actually arriving or not, or arriving a year after its obsolete. I'm a big fan of antminers in themselves, but I'm also quite pleased with how the company/distributors handle themselves.  Smiley

They have good things going for them.

I think they can ramp from design to production faster than the BIG BOYS, maybe not as high-tech as 20-28nm and lowest power use, but definitely great pricing because their overhead is lower and they are not trying to GOUGE you over the top.
