I have a question???
Which advantages for token holders (investors here) ? Is there will be dividends or so from your profit from mining? Do you have registered company?
We have not dividend system, token holders can use our tokens to pay rent of our cubes and can buy also using that. Oh so it works that way... |

Do you plan to build SAM units only in Switzerland or elsewhere in the world to?
For start, SAM cubes will be set up in Switzerland, if the project becomes successful, it will be used in other countries. Thats good, maybe Iceland would be good also. Given the climatic conditions I believe it would. It is possible, but on the alps we additionally have a low air pressure, which further reduces Energy consumption. So it is really an optimal environment .....and because of the numerous hydro powerplants Alps make it an ideal place. Yeah its nicely described in their video. The video is really good in fact. |

You should also ask for the investors prospectus (which they don't have) and the token service agreement (which they don't have) - they have a flashy website, some videos and a whitepaper.
Not saying leopards can't change their spots - just proceed with your eyes open.

Again another Mining company because recently one company collected more than 100 million in the ICO, but they are based on the dividends platform. How can you give or share profits to the investors and how are you different from those companies?

thank you for your questions! mining is the basic work of blockchain technology and for us - to be honest - the mining part is the cash cow to develop other services on the SAM Network. to give fixed dividends is almost impossible because we have so much variables (difficulty, hardware, etc) so we have decided that we rent or sell our structures to the costumers and they get a direct profit. we are different because we have a very low electricity price, we would like to run with own hydroplants and the electricity can be paid in sam tokens. finally we use an orc system to recovery the heat of mining operations to electricity and these means that we have a much better efficiency. we aspect a price increase of our tokens because it is the only payment method for all the SAE services, so the token holders will profit in this way from the company’s services too. |
