Eh.. I'm not entirely sure. vanitygen came up with a private key for that address which seemed to be properly imported with ulicoind importprivkey, but I haven't tested it.

I don't understand though - how would it be possible for you to owe me 1000 Uli's?

There is no GUI client yet for windows, but the Ulicoin.exe daemon is sufficient to start mining on windows.

It may be a SHITCOIN but it is 98 % better then most shitcoin
