When in the hell does the difficulty readjust? Announcement says every 10 minutes but that can't be the case seeing as we have been at 35+ all night and seeing a steadily decreasing hash rate on the network, blocks averaging over 4 minutes now.
It's bugged, dev is aware of it, and should try to fix it when he's back (stayed up all night).

Is anyone have withdraw(payout) issues at http://fedoracore.x64.me?Because they didn't payout me for about 1.5M coins. I mined for about 2-3 days and earn 2965518.7700223 Tip but get only 1363612.405800854 Someone with nickname tipsfedora on IRC say me that everything will be fixed, just wait. After 24 hours of waiting i receive just about 200000 and my balance at pool - zero.

Does it mean that the difficulty will not go down before the block 2500 ? which is more than ~34h away ?
Edit: had my answer on IRC : yes we have to wait to avoid any hardfork

total nub question time - havent been at this long :p
I currently use the windows qt client...
1) do I need to do this update? 2) how would I go about backing up my current payment address/wallet balance? 3) how do I put that back into the new updated client?
sorry if the answers to these are obvious to the experienced guys but till now Ive never had to do more than download a wallet and point a miner at it lol
thanks

1. Yes 2. Just backup the file named wallet.dat in your (assuming windows over here) %appdata%/Roaming/FedoraCoin/ folder. 3. You should not need to, the back up is for the worst case scenario.
